Some time ago we created on our web site the blog section to tell you what we do, how we do it, what inspires us and what our interests are. After having uploaded some notes, we realized account which is we was overlooking something very important: explain what a RENDER.
Us, professional architecture and design, are accustomed to use technicalities such as RENDER and we know what we are talking about. But not all of our readers or visitors to our website have knowledge of it. So, we decided to tell you what a RENDER is and what it is.
Then, answer the question that summons us: what? A RENDER is a digital 3D image of an architectural project conducted from a computer by using drawing tools and represented in a virtual model textured. Speaking a little clearer, a RENDER is the reproduction of a possible and future reality. A RENDER seeks to achieve a realistic simulation, through 3D technology, of the behaviour of the lights, textures and materials such as water, wood, plastic, fabrics, etc. in this way, creating credible and sensitive environments.
Therefore, to achieve a credible rendering, all 3D designer or renderer must have a high knowledge of aspects of reality such as: the behavior of light, his rebounds, games of shadows, the environment, as well as different photographic approaches or viewpoints, and Assembly elements and figures. Then, our goal is to create environments and believable physical structures, i.e. situations that exist in the real world.
To clarify a little more the issue, explain what are the RENDERS:
Nowadays it is very common, for example: the sale of a building when still has not begun its construction, known as "selling well". It is where lies the importance of the RENDERINGS in the real estate; already that through them is pre-sales of these building constructions allow to visualize what the customer is going to buy.
It is a fact that, today, consuming action begins using eye contact with the product to consume; i.e., people react when we observe something that stands out from the product.
Human beings have a fairly complex optical and sensory system that is responsible for transmitting visual information from the retina to the brain, optimized by evolution, and designed to survive in the real world in 3D. We experienced this in everyday activities such as driving or walking, which makes our brains are actually used to detect between the real and the fake. Let's be honest, we won't be able to fool the brain, but we can guide you to imitate a reality or vision possible.
When we incorporate the design to life, through the planning stages, we not only develop tools that very valuable report and sell visions that they also play a role more important in decision making with respect to the design of each of the projects, thus optimizing the work of architects, designers, etc.
